There are huge tax credits to moving your business to a Rural Zone. In 2017, Downtown Toccoa was designated 1 of only 9 Rural Zones in the State of Georgia. This special designation, applicable from January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2022, allows for special tax credits for property acquisition, property rehabilitation, and job creation in the designated Downtown Toccoa Rural Zone.
